Direct exchanges: the information you send by email, phone or WhatsApp.

No data is collected without your knowledge. The site carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and running the project: performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Keeping quotes, contracts and invoices: compliance with Luxembourg legal and accounting obligations (Article 6.1.c).

Publishing films made for a client on this site and on Instagram: the client's consent, obtained in writing (Article 6.1.a).

Enquiries with no follow-up: 12 months after the last exchange.

Clients: for the duration of the business relationship, then 10 years for accounting records, as required by Luxembourg law.

Rushes and edit files: kept for as long as needed to complete the project and for client follow-up.

Your data is neither sold nor rented. Only Fleur Stael has access to it.

Technical providers acting as processors: the site host, Netlify, Inc., and the Microsoft Outlook mail service. The contact form is handled by Netlify: your message is kept in the site's administration area at Netlify and forwarded by email.

Where one of these providers transfers data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Identifiable people in a film are only published with their permission. An image rights release is signed on the relevant shoots.

You may ask at any time for a sequence in which you appear to be removed, at the address above.

This site uses no advertising, analytics or social network cookies.

It keeps a single piece of information on your device, through the browser's local storage: your language choice (FR or EN), together with the dismissal of the information banner. These are strictly necessary for the site to work and do not require consent.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google. You can erase this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
